Shri. Ranjeetsingh Naik Nimbalkar, Mentor, SIAL are actively guide to management time to time. He was Chairman and Managing Director till September 2019 and resigned from the board . He is a Member of Parliament from Madha Constituency. Shri Ranjeet Singh Naik Nimbalkar is a well-known entrepreneur of the Satara District. and is also the acting Chairman of “Swaraj Nagari Sahakari Path Sanstha, Phaltan and Maratha Vidhya Prasarak Shikshan Sanstha High School and Jr. College Phaltan. He served as the ex- Vice President of Jagtik Maratha Chamber of Commerce and also as the President of Maharashtra Dairy Working Committee. He has also visited renowned dairies in other M/s. Swaraj India Agro Limited countries like U.K, UAE, France, Singapore, Sri Lanka and Malaysia. His leadership skills and broad vision in Agro based industries shall prove to be very useful in setting-up this new sugar factory of Swaraj India Agro Limited.
Mr. Ashok Kumar Goyal, aged 53 years is a Chartered Accountant (FCA) by profession. He is having experience of more than 2 decades in the
field of Finance, accounts, taxation and company law matters. He has worked with Dainik Bhaskar Group for around 12 years and ESSAR Group for around 11 years on the various positions in the area of Finance and Accounts.
Mr.Thakur, aged 52 years, has over Ten Years of Experience in the dairy Industry and having expertise in the managing balance
between production and demand of the market without affecting the quality. He looks after all the production activities and also handles procurements of the milk and manpower. He is the Technical Director of the company.
Mrs. Usha Ghadge, aged 40 years, an Director, is a commerce graduate having more than 15 years of experience in sugar industry, especially in the marketing field.
