Our vision is to be a future-focused integrated sugar and ethanol company committed to sustainable growth, innovation and value creation while supporting India’s clean energy ambitions.
We are an integrated ethanol production and sugar manufacturing company operating in Satara, Maharashtra. We have established a zero liquid discharge (ZLD) integrated manufacturing facility (Manufacturing Facility) with an installed sugar crushing capacity of 7,500.00 tonne of cane per day (TCD), a cogeneration unit of 26.50 Megawatt (MW) and distillery unit of 500.00 kilo litres per day (KLPD), and we are the second largest player in Maharashtra and the largest in the Satara District, in molasses and grain (maize/corn) based feedstock utilisation.
Our Manufacturing Facility is strategically located in Maharashtra which is the second largest sugarcane producing state in India. Our sustainable operations also comprise a co-generation power plant which utilises a blend of bagasse (a by-product of sugar manufacturing), spent wash (by-product of distillery) and coal for power and heat generation. We commenced our commercial operations in Fiscal 2016 as a manufacturer of sugar with a co-generation plant and we set up distillery in Fiscal 2019 focusing on ethanol production.
