Our Commitment
We are committed to complying with all applicable environmental laws and our manufacturing practices are geared to ensure compliance. We are also committed to sustainable manufacturing practices, and our ZLD Manufacturing Facility is equipped with technology such as ACHE, MVR etc., that inter alia enables us to use and reuse water efficiently. We also operate a co-generation power plant which utilises a blend of bagasse (a by-product of sugar manufacturing), spent wash (by-product of distillery) and coal for power and heat generation. We are committed to ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of our employees and we have taken measures towards maintaining a safe and secure working environment for all our employees. We have put in place detailed safety guidelines and operating procedures at our Manufacturing Facility. Our Manufacturing Facility is equipped with safety equipment including personal protective equipment and fire-fighting equipment. Our employees are trained periodically through demonstration by the suppliers of the safety equipment, in line with our standard operating protocols, to ensure safety.
