MVR technology helps in recycling the excess heat generated. It uses a mechanical compressor to compress vapor generated during evaporation, increasing its temperature and pressure which is then recycled. This is an energy-efficient technology since it reduces the need to external steam.
Air-Cooled Heat Exchanger (ACHE):
This equipment is used in the power plant and transfers excess heat from the system to the ambient air. ACHE also helps reduce water consumption since it cools the system without using water.
Process Condensate Treatment Plant and Condensate Polishing Unit
These systems are used to purify and recycle steam condensate for fermentation and other processes.
