Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer
Ashok Kumar Goyal is the Whole-Time Director and Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He was appointed as Chief Financial Officer of our Company with effect from March 1, 2019, and has been associated with our Company as a director since June 8, 2018. He holds a Master’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Ajmer. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was previously associated with Essar Projects (India) Limited and Essar Power Gujarat Limited. He has experience in accounting and finance and is responsible for financial planning, financial reporting, risk management, compliance and governance in our Company. He has around 17 years of working experience.
