Devendra V Deshpande

Devendra V Deshpande is the Chairman and Non-Executive Director of our Company. He holds Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from University of Pune. He is a fellow member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and holds certificate of practice since 2004. Currently, he is associated with ICSI International ADR Centre in the capacity of director. He was elected to the Central Council of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India for the term 2019-22. He was also elected as the vice president and president of Institute of Company Secretaries of India for the years 2021 and 2022, respectively. He has experience in secretarial and compliance. He has around 21 years of working experience.
